Arsenal, Napoli and Bayer Leverkusen at 5/1 all to win first legs
Coral are offering a fantastic treble bet for Arsenal, Napoli and Bayer Leverkusen at 5/1 all to win the first legs of their respective Champions League qualifying clashes.
The Gunners take on Turkish giants Besiktas, whilst Rafa Benitez’s boys face Athletic Bilbao and Leverkusen clash with Copenhagen.
Besiktas v Arsenal
The Gunners have never faced Besiktas before, but do have a fine record against Turkish opposition, having never lost to the Black Eagles’ fearsome rivals Fenerbache and Galatasaray in seven encounters.
Arsene Wenger’s men faced Turkish foes Fenerbache at the same stage last term and emerged with a resounding 3-0 first-leg victory, a scoreline they are available at 12/1 to repeat in this clash.
Arsenal, odds-on favourites at 8/11 to win, have already acquired a taste for success this season, having lifted the Community Shield at the expense of Manchester City, and defeated Crystal Palace in their first Premier League outing.
Last term’s top scorer Oliver Giroud netted three times in nine games for the Gunners in Europe, and is 25/1 to hit a hat-trick against the Turkish giants. It will also be star summer signing Alexis Sanchez’s Champions League debut for Arsenal, with the Chilean 11/2 to open the scoring.
Napoli v Athletic Bilbao
Rafa Benitez’s boys are odds-on at 10/11 to beat Basque side Bilbao, with prolific poacher Gonzalo Higuain leading the line.
The Argentina attacker, 4/1 to fire home first, scored eight Champions League goals for former club Real Madrid, and was Napoli’s top scorer last term, netting 17 times in Serie A.
Former La Liga star Jose Callejon also excelled in Italy last season, contributing 15 goals as Benitez guided them to a third place finish, and is available at 6/4 to hit home anytime.
Despite boasting a fearsome forward quartet, including Marek Hamsik and Lorenzo Insigne, Napoli should also be resolute in defence, having only conceded 39 times in the league last campaign.
Copenhagen v Bayer Leverkusen
Leverkusen are odds-on at 4/5 to defeat Danish outfit Copenhagen, who are in poor form, having only won one of their last five matches.
Stale Solbakken’s side have conceded seven times in those games, which will prick the ears of Leverkusen’s top scorers Stefan Keissling and Son Heung-Min, who got 25 Bundesliga goals between them last term.
The dynamic duo have been in potent form so far this season, with Keissling, 20/1 to hit a hat-trick, netting five times in Leverkusen’s 6-0 DFB Pokal drubbing of Alemannia Waldalgesheim. Heung-Min also contributed with an 82nd minute strike, and is 11/2 to fire home last again.
New signing Josip Drmic was also in prolific form for former club Nurnberg, netting 17 goals last season, and is 11/8 to score anytime against the Danish capital club.
