Back Everton, Southampton and Chelsea in tasty treble

All the attention returns to the Premier League this weekend with Coral offering enhanced odds of 5/2 on home wins for Everton against Cardiff and Southampton over Norwich along with Chelsea in the late kick off away to Aston Villa.

Everton v Cardiff
Everton’s aspirations for a top four finish have suffered in recent weeks following three defeats from their last five league matches.

Those losses all came against teams that currently find themselves in the top five though and it is games such as this one against Cardiff where the Toffees have found success this season.

Roberto Martinez’s side are 4/11 to claim their tenth home victory of the campaign with three points moving the Merseyside club over the 50 mark.

Cardiff gained a much-needed boost after beating Fulham 3-1 last time out, which moves them to within touching distance of climbing out of the relegation zone, but they travel to Goodison Park with the worst away record in the league.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team are 8/1 to record back-to-back wins in the top flight for the first time since April 1962. Coral offer 7/2 for the draw.

The return of Romelu Lukaku has certainly been a welcome sign for Everton with the striker having scored in his two games back. Belgian international Lukaku is 7/2 to score the first goal of the game.

Southampton v Norwich
After their superb start to the season, Southampton now look set to record their first top ten Premier League finish since 2003.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side sit comfortable in ninth place with 42 points, 11 clear of West Ham in tenth.

With not much left to play for, complacency may kick in for the Saints, having lost three of their last four games. The South Coast club are fancied at 8/15 to defeat relegation threatened Norwich.

The Canaries must feel that they need to start picking up points now with the knowledge that they play Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in their last four games.

Chris Hughton’s team are currently four points above the relegation zone and 6/1 to record their third away success of the campaign.

Adam Lallana again impressed during his second-half appearance for England against Denmark, and has a great chance of being on the plane to Brazil. The midfielder is 7/4 to score anytime.

Aston Villa v Chelsea
With Manchester City featuring in the early kick off at Hull, Chelsea will know how many points clear they can extend their lead to with a victory at Villa Park.

Jose Mourinho’s league leaders can make it 15 matches unbeaten and are 1/2 to make it five wins in a row against Aston Villa.

With the Blues raking up victory after victory, the same cannot be said for the home side whose 4-1 success over Norwich last time out was their first in five encounters.

Although they currently occupy 11th place, Paul Lambert’s side are just six points above the drop zone and have picked up more points on their travels, with just Sunderland and Fulham possessing a worse home record.

Samuel Eto’o found a great way to laugh off Mourinho’s leaked age comments with his celebration against Tottenham.

The Cameroon international is 4/1 to net first, whilst Frank Lampard has scored more goals against Villa than anyone else (13) and is 2/1 to score another here. Both great value alongside the treble.
