Spain, Switzerland, Macedonia all to win in Thursday treble at 9/2

Coral are offering punters another chance to win big, if you back all of European champions Spain, FIFA-ranked top 10 side Switzerland and FYR Macedonia to win their respective Euro 2016 qualifying games.

Enhanced odds of 9/2 say La Roja will beat Slovakia, the Swiss shall slay Slovenia and the Eastern European side, nicknamed the Lions, can defeat minnows Luxembourg on home turf.

Slovakia v Spain
These two nations have faced each other four times before at senior level, with La Roja undefeated in all of them, winning three. Spain are heavy odds-on 2/5 favourites for victory again.

In two of those defeats of Slovakia, the European Championship holders have scored four times or more, and they are tempting 6/1 chances to do so again. Meanwhile, in all four of their meetings, both teams have netted, so take odds of 29/10 for that to happen again and Spain win.

Diego Costa will be the main talking point, as the prolific striker has been on target nine times in just seven Premier League appearances since his summer switch to Chelsea. He is Spain’s main threat, now that Fernando Torres and David Villa have not been called up and retired from international respectively. Costa is odds-on at 8/11 in the anytime scorer market and 3/1 to net first.

Slovenia v Switzerland
The Swiss have won each of their previous four games against Eastern European nation Slovenia, and are 11/8 favourites to beat them again. Their last two meetings, meanwhile, have been to nil, so take odds of 13/5 for Switzerland to win without conceding once more.

Both those encounters came at the most recent World Cup qualifiers, with Borussia Monchengladbach attacker Granit Xhaka netting in each game. The 22-year-old is a terrific 11/2 shout to score again anytime.

FYR Macedonia v Luxembourg
These sides have met twice before, but never on Macedonian soil. However, the hosts in this qualifier have managed to thrash them 4-1 in 2008. They are heavy odds-on favourites at 4/9 to win again, and 33/1 chances by that scoreline.

Tiny nation Luxembourg go into this match without a victory in their last seven international games and have not beaten anyone away since 2008, so are heavily unfancied on the road again.
