Which five players could be the next to leave FC Porto?

Without a doubt, FC Porto have been one of the most profitable football clubs in Europe over the last decade, investing wisely on players at a low cost, often from South America and selling them on for huge profits.

Since their Champions League win, masterminded by Jose Mourinho they have had the most £20m plus sales on players than any other club in Europe and have accumulated a total of £426.6m since selling Paulo Ferreira to Chelsea in 2004.

New Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has reportedly identified 18-year-old Portuguese deep-lying midfielder Ruben Neves as his first potential signing in a deal which could make him, represented by super agent Jorge Mendes, the best-paid teenager in world football.

As a result of Neves’ prospected Reds move, Coral consider who the next five players could be to leave in the next couple of transfer windows, with Porto 50/1 with Coral to win the Champions League this term.

Yacine Brahimi
The Algerian winger is a prodigious prospect who has caught the attention of a number of clubs across Europe in recent seasons. He may well be tempted by a move to the Premier League, where compatriot Riyad Mahrez is currently enjoying success with Leicester City, though would want a club who plays in the Champions League.

Hector Herrera
A fine player, the Mexican box-to-box midfielder seems to have everything and could definitely play in one of Europe’s top leagues. Barcelona is a potential destination with Luis Enrique seemingly keen on mixing it up in the centre of the park, while he could also emerge as a find for Arsenal.

Vincent Aboubakar
It remains to be seen exactly when the Cameroon striker leaves as he has just stepped into the central striker spot vacated by Jackson Martinez who joined Atletico Madrid. However, the 23-year-old has had a great start to the season and could well be snapped up soon if he keeps scoring goals.

Sergio Oliveira
A talented attacking midfielder, the 23-year-old has the potential to blossom into a fantastic player. Dubbed ‘the next Ivan Rakitic’, the Portuguese string-puller also bears similarities to retired compatriot Rui Costa in his style and will be hoping to have a similar effect for his country.

Bruno Martins Indi
Signed off the back of a successful World Cup campaign for the Netherlands, the centre back has attracted interest from a number of clubs including Manchester United where he would re-establish a jovial working relationship with former Netherlands boss Louis van Gaal.
