Blues battle for Toffees revenge

After being toppled in their previous meeting, Premier League champions Chelsea will seek domestic revenge over Everton as they collide once again at Stamford Bridge during this weekend’s top-flight afternoon clashes.

The Blues were dispatched 3-1 in that previous league meeting under Jose Mourinho, and they are 7/2 with Coral to face another disappointing defeat at the hands of Roberto Martinez’s Toffees this time around.

Although, the Londoners have enjoyed a domestic revival under their temporary Dutch coach Guus Hiddink and are 13/5 to triumph with both sides getting on the scoresheet.

Steven Naismith hit a hat-trick in that last meeting and is 7/2 for another goal anytime, though in-form frontman Romelu Lukaku is a more likely threat, with the clinical Belgian 13/2 to open proceedings. Meanwhile, rejuvenated Blues forward Diego Costa 3/1 to net two or more after a recent run of rampant form.

Manuel Pellegrini’s Manchester City are looking to keep the pace with league leaders Arsenal with a victory over Crystal Palace, but they face a side which they have already toppled twice this season.
