Foxes can fight back at King Power

Leicester City face the toughest test in their bleak December of deadly winter battles with a final King Power clash of the calendar year against Manchester City.

Until a loss to Liverpool last time out, the Foxes had come through their festive fixture flurry relatively unscathed and were unbeaten in the Premier League since September. How Claudio Ranieri’s title underdogs bounce back could define their entire season and, here, Coral customers can back them at 14/5 for a crucial home victory.

Sport - 2015 Christmas Package

Past history suggests City will triumph on enemy turf, having not been beaten by these Midlands men in the previous eight encounters across all competition, falling last in 2003.

Though this Leicester incarnation are a force to be reckoned with, having succumbed to just two league defeats all term, with points already snatched from Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham.

City seeking to supplant surprise leaders

Manuel Pellegrini will be targeting the top of the Premier League table with his Man City men, amid distracting tale of Pep Guardiola taking over at the Etihad this summer.

First, the Sky Blues must usurp league leaders the Foxes to end 2015 on a high. As the Citizens boast a superior goal difference and languish just three points behind, an odds-on win at 5/6 would see them propelled to the summit.

A draw, priced at 3/1, would not to for the Mancunians, but these two teams are joint-highest scorers in the league, so expect goals galore, with four or more goals to occur in this encounter offered at 11/8.

Hosts Leicester are also value at 8/5 to score two or more at the King Power, where they have been downed just once this season, or at an enticing 11/2 to win and both teams to score.

Trio of Foxes threats to fire

Ranieri’s goal hungry guys drew their first blank of the term versus Liverpool and will be eager to rectify that, and will expect to trouble City’s backline.

Man City-linked marksman Jamie Vardy and equally electric winger Riyad Mahrez are the obvious predatory pair to back, and are offered at 6/1 and 13/2 to score first and last respectively. While, Japan striker Shinji Okazaki is also fantastic at 5/2 to score anytime.

As for City, Pellegrini can field the considerable attacking midfield talent of Kevin De Bruyne (15/8 to notch anytime) and Rahemm Sterling (11/4 in the same market).
