Coral’s rumour reel: Tottenham chasing three wingers?

Tottenham (5/1 with Coral for a top four finish) kick-off today’s rumour reel, as the north London club are linked to three wingers, with Mauricio Pochettino reportedly ready to give Spurs’ wide areas a makeover.

Ukrainian giants Dnipro’s flank threat Yevhen Konoplyanka is available on a free transfer which appears to have tempted Tottenham, who could move swiftly to complete a move. The White Hart Lane side are also rumoured to be interested in snaring Chelsea-owned wingman Victor Moses, who spent last season on loan at Stoke City, while a mooted £7m deal could also be in the works for Everton attacker Kevin Mirallas, who has just one year left on his deal at Goodison Park.

Should brilliant Belgian Mirallas make the move down south, Toffees tactician Roberto Martinez may look to replace his star wideman with younger compatriot Adnan Januzaj, who could be available to loan from parent club Manchester United.

Spurs’ bitter local rivals Arsenal, meanwhile, are tipped to try and snaffle Chelsea youngster Charley Musonda, 18, for a fee of around £8m, though the Blues are believed to only be interested in sending the Belgian starlet out on loan.

London certainly seems to be transfer rumour central this morning, as West Ham United prepare for a busy summer. Having only just captured playmaker Dimitri Payet, the Hammers look set for another high-profile signing, with Slaven Bilic’s side reported to have made an offer for Monaco centre half Aymen Abdennour, previously thought to have been a target for Liverpool.

Speaking of the Merseysiders, Brendan Rodgers’ Reds are believed to have made a bid for Atalanta right back Davide Zappacosta, 23, who recently represented Italy Under-21s against England in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Staying in the Northwest, Manuel Pellegrini is said to be considering triggering Aston Villa defensive midfielder Fabian Delph’s apparent £10m release clause, as Manchester City continue to scour the transfer market for homegrown talent.

Sunderland (5/1 for a top 10 finish), meanwhile, have supposedly made an £8m offer for Dynamo Kiev’s Dutch dangerman Jeremain Lens, with the 27-year-old said to have attracted attention from fellow countryman and Black Cats coach Dick Advocaat.

In the European gossip columns, Barcelona right back Martin Montoya’s agent has revealed the Masia graduate could sign for Inter Milan, though any move may first be a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.

“We’re talking to Inter…Montoya feels that Inter are a great club and this would represent a great opportunity,” Juan De Dios Carrasco told Italian press.

While Montoya may be exiting the Nou Camp, Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi could be arriving, with both Barca and Real thought to be tracking the German centre back.

Finally, in the Bundesliga, juggernauts Bayern Munich are reportedly close to capturing Shakhtar Donetsk’s Brazilian attacker Douglas Costa, as the Ukrainian club’s coach Mircea Lucescu told media: “There have been discussions since the winter. Douglas couldn’t develop any more with us.”
