Premier League final day: Crystal Palace host Swansea City
This could be an interesting match, and although Swansea have secured eighth place, in what has been a great season for Garry Monk in the Premier League, Crystal Palace will be aiming to finish as high as they can.
The Eagles are 6/5 to win the match with Coral, who are also offering a match special for the hosts to win and both teams to score at a 7/2 price.
Since taking the reins as Palace manager earlier in the season, Alan Pardew has done a sterling job, taking the club out of the relegation zone. Changing to a more attacking style, and simultaneously going back to basics, playing with wingers and athletic frontmen, Palace quickly started getting results.
Earlier in the season, when the two teams met at the Liberty Stadium, the match finished in 1-1 draw; a Mile Jedinak penalty cancelling out a Wilfried Bony opener. The Australian is 6/1 to strike again anytime.
Palace’s four game losing streak came to end last time out, with a 3-1 away win over Liverpool, as Jason Puncheon, Wilfried Zaha and Glenn Murray all struck in response to an Adam Lallana goal. The latter is 7/4 in the anytime market, while the former duo both have 10/3 odds.
Monk’s men, meanwhile, have had an exceptional season. When Bony left, it was widely thought that they would struggle for goals, however, Bafetimbi Gomis has stepped his game up, netting in crucial matches, helping the south Wales outfit secure the double over Arsenal.
The centre forward is available at a decent 2/1 anytime price, considering that on his last visit to London he notched the winner at the Emirates. Gylfi Sigurdsson could also round off an impressive campaign, and after scoring in the 4-2 defeat against Manchester City, he is 11/4 in the anytime market.
However, like in the reverse, nothing might separate these two sides, and customers can get 11/1 odds on a repeat 1-1 scoreline.
Coral recommended bet: Bafetimbi Gomis anytime scorer @ 2/1
