Prolific Liverpool to put Hull to the sword at KC Stadium

Liverpool have scored 10 goals in their last five away games and should be backed at 29/20 to win by two or more against a poor Hull City side.

The Reds have accomplished this in all four of their last wins, including against lesser teams such as Sunderland, Fulham and Crystal Palace.

Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge have 18 goals between them in the Premier League and the visitors will be under no illusions that an away win is needed given Arsenal’s expanding lead at the top of the table.

Brendan Rodgers’ side have scored 19 times in their last seven matches and captain Steven Gerrard will be well aware that this is the most talented Liverpool side in the last decade.

Hull are yet to play a top-half team this season but they have done well against those they have played at the KC Stadium.

Steve Bruce’s side have beaten Norwich, West Ham and Sunderland – all by one goal to nil – and those games could be crucial when it comes to the end of the season.

However the Tigers have started to falter in-front of goal and their meagre goals tally of nine suggests that they shouldn’t pose too many problems for Liverpool’s sturdy defence.

The Humberside club have not scored more than one goal in a game since their surprise 3-2 win at Newcastle seven games ago.

That is the sole match this season where they have netted more than once and Liverpool should be backed to win to nil at 33/20.

Liverpool have not been at their best defensively when playing away at teams in the top half of the table; they have conceded two or more goals at Arsenal, Newcastle, Everton and Swansea.

However in their two matches on their travels against teams in the bottom-half they have conceded just one goal whilst scoring four.

Luis Suarez has nine goals in seven Premier League matches and the controversial Uruguayan is 10/11 to get into double figures.

Suarez may be without his regular strike partner – Daniel Sturridge is still struggling with injury – but the return of Coutinho has ensured that the chances continue to flow.

The diminutive Brazilian midfielder has been in fine form since coming back into the side and got his own name on the scoresheet in Liverpool’s recent 3-3 draw at Everton.

He is 15/8 to continue in the same manner.

Bet on Luis Suarez to score anytime at 10/11

As mentioned, Hull started the season very well and Bruce’s side took seven points from their first five matches despite playing Man City and Chelsea during that period.

However they have now taken just four points from their last six games including a defeat to Crystal Palace last time out.

They also have a new injury to cope with as Paul McShane suffered a torn hamstring last weekend.

Fellow centre-back Curtis Davies also took a knock, and whilst he is still set to line up on Sunday, the Tigers’ defence is starting to look threadbare.

Midfielder Stephen Quinn and striker Sone Aluko are also on the sidelines and the home team just don’t appear to have the quality needed to get anything out of the game against a very strong Liverpool side.
