Spurs, Celtic and Inter Milan a thrilling 3/1 all to win
The Europa League is back following the international break, and to mark the occasion Coral offer a sensational special featuring Tottenham, Celtic and Inter Milan at 3/1 all to win.
Tottenham v Asteras Tripolis
Spurs take on Greek side Asteras Tripolis at home, and are overwhelming odds-on favourites at 2/7, and as well as this are also joint 14/1 favourites to win the competition. In recent years, the home side have enjoyed a productive spell in the Europa League.
Mauricio Pochettino is equipped with secret weapon Harry Kane, 10/3 to open the scoring who has netted three times in four appearances in the competition so far this season, and the attacker is beginning to blossom under the Argentine boss. Christian Eriksen is also discovering some form, and is 4/1 to hit the first goal, while Nacer Chadli, who is also enjoying a good season, is 4/1 in the same market and has scored four in eight appearances this term.
Celtic v Astra Giurgiu
Celtic, meanwhile, are currently top of their group and odds-on at 4/6 to beat Astra Giurgiu, having also routed Ross County 5-0 last time out in the league. Ronny Deila says his side are well prepared for the encounter, and that he is optimistic ahead of the match.
“The Europa League is a high level. They haven’t started so well but we know what Astra’s capable of doing. But I know also that if we are at our best we have a very good chance to win.
“We haven’t seen the best of Celtic in the Europa League yet and I hope we can see more. But I think we have proved we have very good team spirit and we work hard and defend quite well. Their game against Salzburg was quite even so that proves they can make trouble for other teams,” continued Deila.
“We are prepared for Astra. We know the team and have seen a lot of matches. What’s important is our performance If our performance is good we know we have a good chance.”
Inter Milan v St Etienne
Inter Milan head up the last leg of this treble and as a result are odds-on at 4/5 to ease past St Etienne. The Italian side currently top their group with six points from two games.
Mauro Icardi is in great form this season and has struck on seven occasions in all competitions this campaign over 11 matches, so is 9/2 to open the scoring. The two teams have never met before, though Inter should have more than enough firepower to see off the French side.
