World Cup star ready for Mourinho re-union
Chelsea forward Willian has been cut into 7-4 (from 5-2) to join Manchester United this summer.
The confusion over management and stadium matters rage on. Antonio Conte took training this week despite reportedly trying to settle a severance package for his departure.
However, with speculation over some of the club’s big names departing it looks like Willian could lead the exodus.
He formed a frightening partnership with Eden Hazard and Oscar on their way to league title in 2014-15.
But it was the following season when Willian consolidated his relationship with the Chelsea fans. He was the stand-out player in their dreary tenth-placed finish.
Barcelona are still favourites at evens. Whilst a move to United’s rivals Manchester City is 8-1.
Although Coral’s John Hill said; “This latest gamble suggests Manchester United could be very serious about making a move for Willian this summer. As we have been knocked over with interest in the Brazilian heading to Old Trafford before the start of the new Premier League campaign,”
Willian had some of his best years under Jose Mourinho though. And the thought of playing under his old boss again could be too good to turn down.
