Kew Gardens now 7/4 for Leger Glory at Doncaster

Ballydoyle classic hat-trick still on the cards

Following the latest entry stage, Kew Gardens is the 7/4 (from 2/1) favourite with Coral for next month’s St Leger.

Aidan O’Brien’s charge has already won at Royal Ascot over the St Leger trip. And he’s shortening up for the Doncaster classic, too.

Last week’s impressive York winner, Lah Ti Dar, who also has the option of the Prix Vermeille, is the 4/1 (from 10/3) second favourite, ahead of Old Persian at 8/1.

“As a Group One victor with winning form over the Leger trip, and with his closest market rival a far from certain runner at Doncaster, Kew Gardens is a firm favourite to give trainer Aidan O’Brien a third UK Classic win in a season when by his own sky-high standards, things have not always gone entirely to plan,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
