Hales heroism results in Test honour
Coral make England odds-on 8/11 favourites to wrap up the One Day International series in Dubai with victory, while Pakistan are 11/10 chances to draw level.
Touring batsman Alex Hales has averaged almost 50 runs per ODI from the three played so far and, although that is heavily skewed by his 109 in the second game, he has also been designated as England’s opening batsman for their forthcoming winter Test tour of South Africa.
Hales’ terrific ton in Abu Dhabi is the highest score of this series, and he features in a terrific 13/2 wincast to celebrate earning the honour of being top of the England order by leading the way with the bat and England to victory in Dubai.
Woakes wickets will be key again
Warwickshire all-rounder Chris Woakes, meanwhile, has eight wickets during this series, with four apiece coming in the last two One Day games.
His pace bowling, despite arid conditions, has proved a real difference, firmly putting the spin bowling of Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid in the shade.
Woakes is a sensational 7/2 to best best in the England attack for a third successive match, while Reece Topley (five wickets in this series) and David Willey (four) are shorter at 10/3.
Pakistan pin hopes on Hafeez and Irfan
For nominal hosts Pakistan, all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has top scored twice in the last three ODIs, so is a 3/1 shot to replicate his fine form with the bat. An unbeaten 102 in the first fixture helped them to take a series lead.
When it comes to taking England wickets, meanwhile, there has been more of a spread, but left-armer Mohammad Irfan’s five is the most taken by a Pakistan player. He is also a 3/1 chance to be their best with the ball here.
