European Champions Cup takes centre stage in rugby union

The European Champions Cup is back, with some fantastic fixtures as Coral bring you all the latest match odds as the tournament nears the business end.

Leicester V Scarlets
The Tigers are set to make six changes for the visit of Scarlets and are odds-on at 1/12 for victory, despite losing 15-3 in the reverse fixture. Freddie Burns replacing Owen Williams at fly half is just one change that coach Richard Cockerill will make, and he is 10/3 to breach the in-goal area anytime.

Scarlets have a host of injuries, with Scrum half Gareth Davies, hookers Ken Owens and Emyr Phillips and full back Liam Williams set to miss the match. Both teams are on eight points in Pool 3 and trail first place Toulon who are on 13, so whoever comes out on top in this game will undoubtedly be crucial for progression.

Saracens V Munster
Owen Farrell has said third place Aviva Premiership side Sarries are “ready” for the visit of Munster, with the London-based outfit odds-on at 1/3 to secure the win.

“We’re in a good place. We’ve done all our prep, done everything we can do to get ourselves ready for Saturday and now it’s all about getting excited for tomorrow,” said Farrell.

“They are a big game team. Not only do they only play well in the Pro 12, they get up for games like this. Munster bring a different kind of intensity to Europe and the big games that they play in. They have a lot of people involved at the club from the local area, and have a lot of people who care about the club and it shows when they play games like this. It’s a massive occasion.”

Toulon V Ulster
The Irish side are 13/2 to beat French outfit Toulan, and outside centre Darren Cave is set to make his 150th appearance.

At the Kingspan Stadium in the reverse fixture, pool three leaders Toulan won 23-13 and look primed to take the points this time around, and are heavily odds-on at 1/14 as a result.

Elsewhere, Clermont are odds-on at 1/3 to get past Sale Sharks, while Harlequins are also odds-on at 2/5 to get take the points against Wasps.
