11-8 for any British player winning at Wentworth

Coral is going 11-8 for any British player winning the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth this week.

Lee Westwood currently heads the betting for the flagship event on the European Tour, while Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose are both available at 12-1 with the leading bookmaker.

Coral is also offering their online, mobile and telephone customers insurance on 3-ball and 2-ball accumulators for the tournament. If one player lets a customer down in a four-fold or greater, they will refund their stake as a free bet up to £25.

“British golfers have a fantastic record in this tournament as they have won four of the last five renewals so the 11-8 on our special will be popular,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“Our insurance on 3 ball and 2 ball accumulators is also a great offer this year as there is nothing worse than one selection letting you down in an acca,” added Hill.
