Antonio Conte odds-on to leave Chelsea before the end of the season

Blues manager on the brink

Antonio Conte has been cut into 1/2 by Coral to leave his position as Chelsea manager before the end of the season.

The Blues boss has seen his odds slashed from 5/6 following his side’s defeat to AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday night.

Conte has cut an increasingly frustrated figure at Stamford Bridge in the wake of suggestions that he has no say over the club’s transfer policy.

However, the Italian signed a new contract extension as recently as July 2017.

It’s 6/4 that he’s still in charge of the West Londoners for their final game of the season against Newcastle United in May.

“The betting suggests Antonio Conte’s days at Chelsea are numbered as he is odds-on to depart before the end of the season following his side’s embarrassing defeat at home to Bournemouth,” said Coral’s John Hill.
