On His Own now on his own at the head of the Grand National betting

The Willie Mullins-trained On His Own is now clear 8-1 (from 10-1) favourite with Coral for the John Smith’s Grand National, following support for the 9-y-o today.  His stablemate, Prince De Beauchene, is 10-1 second favourite, ahead of last year’s third, Seabass, at 12-1.

Switching codes, Shamaal Nibraas is 14-1 (from 20-1) for Saturday’s Lincoln, after the colt was confirmed as the mount of champion jockey Richard Hughes.
