Jamie Clark, Sports Editor | March 17, 2016

Fancy top Irish trainer Willie Mullins to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup on Friday, but not sure which of his contenders to back?

Coral can oblige by offering all new customers a 10/1 price boost on ANY of Mullins’ horses in the Gold Cup to win the blue ribbon race of the Cheltenham Festival. His three entrants are Djakadam, Don Poli and On His Own.

Register for an online, mobile or Coral Connect account with us, staking €/£5 on this outstanding introductory offer, and if any of Mullins’ three mounts cross the line first you will receive your €/£50 winnings as free bets, which can be used right across our digital platforms.

To get your hands on this offer, sign up from 15:20 GMT on Thursday, March 17th until the 15:30 race time the following day. You can watch your investment with Coral’s live stream service once the bet has been placed!

If none of Mullins’ trio wins the 2016 Cheltenham Gold Cup, then fear not. Coral will compensate all losing wagers with a €/£5 free bet.

Festival record gives Mullins every chance

Only Nicky Henderson has saddled more Cheltenham winners than Willie Mullins, and Ireland’s exporter extraordinaire has already added four more to his haul from the first two days of the 2016 Festival.

Dynamic duo Douvan and Annie Power scooped Arkle Challenge Trophy and Champion Hurdle success on Tuesday, and more Mullins magic could land the hat-trick in the Gold Cup.

In Djakadam, his trainer has the horse who was runner-up in this blue ribbon race last year. An impressive 12-length winner of the Punchestown Chase in December, he will want to go one better.

Don Poli, meanwhile, is a dual Festival winner, scooping the 2015 RSA Chase. This season he’s recorded victories at Aintree and in the coveted Lexus Chase at Leopardstown over Christmas.

On His Own is a relative veteran to his stablemates at 12, and finished fifth in last year’s Gold Cup, but gives punters and Mullins a third chance of glory in Cheltenham’s most prestigious steeplechase.
