Man Utd, Barcelona and AC Milan are the latest trio to get price boost

| 22.01.2014

Price boosts are always a welcome promotion and the latest includes together three heavily fancied teams from the Wednesday night action.

Manchester United’s odds are 1/3 to beat Sunderland and with this being their last realistic chance of winning silverware this season, there is a strong case to be made on them overturning their Capital One Cup deficit against Sunderland.

Barcelona are 1/5 to secure victory in their Copa del Rey clash at Levante and AC Milan are 4/9 to make it two wins from two for Clarence Seedorf at home to Udinese in the Copa Italia.

The boost on this treble has seen the price enhanced to 11/8.

Man Utd have won six of their last seven meetings with Sunderland and have progressed from eight of their last nine semi finals in the Capital One Cup.

Barcelona get an immediate chance to put right some wrongs against Levante, having drawn 1-1 with the same opposition within 72 hours of this match in La Liga.

Barca dominated on that occasion before being constantly frustrated by the tactics of the hosts to get everyone behind the ball.

More of the same can be expected here by opposition that have only conceded once in their last three home games, but the absences of Papa Diop, Ruben Garcia , David Navarro, Simao Mate and Andreas Ivanschitz could be significant.

The expected return of Andres Iniesta for Barcelona is an additional tick in their favour.

Seedorf began his AC Milan managerial career with a home Serie A success over Hellas Verona and is at the San Siro again for the visit of Udinese in the Coppa Italia.

Milan are unbeaten in their last five home meetings with Udinese, while the visitors have lost three of their last four this season. Udinese have also only triumphed in two of their last 11 road trips.
