CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

Having hit the target twice in midweek for Manchester City, Edin Dzeko will be keen to keep that going in the absence of teammate Sergio Aguero, while Eden Hazard is a favourite to find the net for Chelsea away at Crystal Palace.

Following his brace in the Manchester derby, City striker Dzeko has taken his season’s Premier League goal tally to 10. City travel to the Emirates after Arsenal leaked six at Stamford Bridge, Dzeko will be confident of adding more against a shaky Gunners back-line. City have no problems creating chances, with the likes’ of David Silva, and Yaya Toure in their team, and encouragingly out-scored Wenger’s side in December, 6-3.

Dzeko has faced fierce competition for a starting place this term, with manager Manuel Pellegrini switching between different systems that utilise one or two strikers. Aguero has endured injury problems, while there are question marks over Stevan Jovetic’s match fitness and Alvaro Negredo from inconsistency, the Bosnian has proved to be a reliable choice.

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday full of confidence after hitting Arsenal for six last time out. Eden Hazard has arguably been the player of the season for the Blues this campaign. Tony Pulis is set to make it hard to break his Eagles team down so it could be the Belgian’s hawk-like eye which proves the difference between the two sides.

With 16 in all competitions this term, Hazard is the top scorer for the Premier League leaders, and creates as many chances for his teammates. Now a regular starter for his country, big things are expected from him this summer in Brazil, with Belgium credited with what many think is a favourable draw. His immediate assignment is to engineer a victory at Selhurst Park. The Maracana, for the minute is still a distant dream.
