Bookies go 7-4 for Woods to win another major
Tiger Woods is 7-4 with leading bookmaker Coral to win another major in his career after falling outside the world’s top 100, while he is 2-5 with the firm not to add to his tally of 14 major championships.
Coral has also opening up betting on the Houston Open, the final PGA Tour event before The Masters in which Jordan Spieth tops the market at 7-1, ahead of Jimmy Walker and Patrick Reed, who are 12-1 and 14-1, respectively.
“Our betting suggests Woods is more likely not to win another major in his career following his poor run of form which has seen him slip outside the world’s 100 players,” said Coral’s John Hill.
