Foxes face Hammers hoping for vital victory on home soil

CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

As the Premier League campaign draws towards a thrilling finale, the fight to secure top-flight status has become a daunting task for many struggling sides.

Leicester City are running out of games to secure vital points in as they prepare to host West Ham United at the King Power Stadium in a crucial clash. Meanwhile, fellow relegation battlers Hull City travel to Swansea and QPR contest West Bromwich Albion.

Leicester v West Ham
The Hammers have secured victory in the previous three meetings with Leicester, with the Foxes’ last triumph coming in December 2000.

Nigel Pearson’s men, 7/5 with Coral to win, have endured a torrid term and currently sit rock-bottom of the table, after a run of eight consecutive league games without a victory.

Sam Allardyce’s east London outfit will be confident on their travels to the King Power Stadium, with the hosts having been unable to score in their last three home games.

West Ham have spent time in a Champions League position this term but have now dropped to ninth place. However, a 1-0 win over Sunderland in their previous outing has set them up nicely to push on for a strong finish to the season.

Diafra Sakho fired home an 88th minute winner in that latest victory, and the Senegal international striker is an 11/2 chance to score the last goal again this time out.

Swansea v Hull
Garry Monk’s Swans, even-money to win, have already toppled the Tigers earlier in the season, with Ki Sung-Yong netting an early strike to earn a 1-0 triumph.

However, Steve Bruce’s men will take comfort from the Welsh outfit’s lacklustre home form in recent weeks, with Swansea having secured just one victory in five league outings at the Liberty Stadium. Hull are 9/1 to secure a win with both teams scoring, after narrowly losing out to league leaders Chelsea in their previous game.

Abel Hernandez stuck his side’s second goal in that defiant Chelsea comeback and the Uruguayan forward is 12/5 to net again anytime in Wales.

WBA v QPR
Tony Pulis’ Baggies will be confident of securing three points at The Hawthorns, with QPR having only won a single league match on their travels all season.

The hosts, 9/5 to win to nil, will hope in-form forward Saido Berahino can continue his rampant run this term, after striking 18 times in all competitions. West Brom’s clinical striker is 4/1 to open proceedings this time out.

However, despite an extremely poor away record, the R’s could cause an upset with Charlie Austin in their ranks. The English sharpshooter hit a sublime hat-trick in the reverse fixture at Loftus Road, and he is an 11/1 chance to bag a brace or more in his latest outing.
