CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

In recent seasons, the Premier League has attracted a number of top players, including Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Angel Di Maria.

With this in mind, Coral take a look at five top players who could join the Premier League this summer, with a number of stars from Europe’s best leagues linked already.

Arturo Vidal
Heavy speculation indicates that a move to Arsenal, 5/1 with Coral to win the Premier League next term, has been agreed, despite latest reports that manager Arsene Wenger is has turned his attentions to a player who is featured further down. Arguably one of the best box-to-box midfielders in the world, his dynamism would suit most clubs.

Asier Illarramendi
A move to Liverpool is thought to be in the pipeline for the Real Madrid midfielder, with the Reds due to table an improved bid. Billed as the heir to Xabi Alonso, the 25-year-old started his career at the same club as the Bayern Munich player; Real Sociedad, while also playing for Liverpool and Real Madrid.

William Carvalho
Currently playing a starring role for Portugal at the UEFA Under-21 European Championship, this is the defensive midfielder who Wenger is though to have turned his attentions to. Having tracked him last year, the Frenchman was reluctant to pay the £37.5m buyout clause in the Sporting Lisbon star’s contract.

Gonzalo Higuain
With Napoli having failed to qualify for the Champions League, the Argentine striker is thought to be in demand. Although Arsenal have been linked previously, the 27-year-old has apparently told his club to accept any bid that Liverpool put in for him, despite the Reds having also failed to qualify for the Champions League.

Edinson Cavani
The PSG centre forward is reportedly attracting the attention of Manchester United, and the Uruguayan could be used in a swap deal with Angel Di Maria. He is said to be frustrated at the French champions where he plays second-fiddle to main central striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and could be tempted by a switch to Old Trafford to be the main man.
