CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

David Metcalf | October 30, 2015

In the latest edition of the Racing Post podcast “Postcast”, proudly sponsored by Coral, Sam Lawrie is joined by Paul Kealy, David Jennings and our very own Simon Clare to preview all the big jumps action in Britain and Ireland this weekend, as well as Saturday’s Breeders’ Cup card.

The team kick off with a look at some cracking jumps action at Ascot and Wetherby, where some real old favourites are set to return to action.

They include Cue Card, Dynaste and Menorah who are set to lock horns in a cracking renewal of the Charlie Hall Chase.

Many Clouds mention

Paul Kealy reveals why he believes Cue Card holds all the aces in the Wetherby feature, in which Grand National hero Many Clouds also makes his seasonal reappearance.

Attention is then switched to a stellar Breeders’ Cup card, in which star three-year-old’s Golden Horn and American Pharoah are red-hot favourites to end their career on a winning note.

Breeders’ Cup

Racing Post’s man in Keeneland, Jon Lees, has news of disquiet in the American Pharoah camp ahead of his run in the Breeders’ Cup Classic and reveals that tensions are running high.

Will it be a cakewalk for the Triple Crown winner now that main rival Beholder misses the race? Or will it be a case of going to the well once too often?

The show rounds off with Lewis Porteous giving important updates on which overseas raiders have not travelled well ahead of Tuesday’s Melbourne Cup.
