David Moyes 2-1 joint-favourite to take up Villa job

Leading bookmaker Coral has installed David Moyes and Nigel Pearson as the 2-1 joint-favourites to replace Remi Garde as the next permanent Aston Villa manager after the Frenchman left the club last night.

Coral is already betting on the 2016/17 Championship campaign in which they make Aston Villa 9-1 to win the title and 5-2 to be promoted straight back to the Premier League at the first attempt.
