Big Sam 8-1 to win a major tournament with England

CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

Sam Allardyce is 8-1 with leading bookmaker Coral to win a major tournament with England during his time as manager of the national team. The Three Lions are 14-1 to prevail at the 2018 World Cup, while they are 1-10 to qualify for the tournament.

Coral make Allardyce 8-11 to still be in charge of England at Euro 2020, while he is evens not to be the manager of the team at the tournament. England are 7-4 to go through qualification for the 2018 World Cup unbeaten and 10-1 to finish their campaign with a 100% record.

“Although Big Sam has been given an initial two-year contract by the FA, we make him odds-on to still be in charge of the national team for Euro 2020,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“It’s been 50 years and counting since England last won a major tournament and the odds suggest Big Sam won’t end that long wait for a trophy during his spell in the most scrutinised position in world football,” added Hill.
