Jolly Tricks among TV tips for Harlow and Towcester

Jolly Tricks the ace in the pack a Towcester
Mixed cards at Harlow and Towcester take centre stage on Racing Post Greyhound TV tonight (Sky 468, Freesat 250) and T5 Jolly Tricks rates the standout bet at the latter in the 260m sprint Open at 21:40.
Kevin Hutton’s veteran still trains plenty of enthusiasm and early dash as he showed last week when flashing from the traps for an all the way 4 1/2 length success over course and distance in a time of 15.52.
He is now 10 from 15 at the venue, and six from 11 in Open races, but more importantly is unbeaten in five starts when sporting the orange jacket.
With the possibility of crowding on the inside, the sole middle seed looks to hold major claims of pinging and holding the wide running T6 Roman Dutch to the first bend to notch another trap-to-line success.
Romeo can Storm to success
In the 655m stayers Open (21:56), T2 Romeo Storm can take advantage of a drop in class to get back to winning ways.
Dave Firmager’s son of Crash has been keeping good company on his travels and his last five successes have all come from the two box.
On each occasion Romeo Storm has been quickly away to put the race to bed early and with a slow starter on his outside he has every chance of bossing the inside and turning in front.
If doing so I can’t see anything in the line-up being capable of picking him up as this is by far the easiest task he has faced for some time.

Talltrees Lady hot stuff at Harlow
T4 Talltrees Lady is in the form of her life at present and looks to hold outstanding claims of bagging another success in the standard Open on tonight’s card at Harlow (21:48).
Tommy Batchelor’s bitch has won six of her eight starts at the venue and if three from four in the grade.
The young daughter of Ja Mann also comes into the race having looked better than ever over course and distance seven days ago when producing a smash break to beat Philidolly by two lengths.
Talltrees Lady is once again drawn on the outside of that rival, and with Philidolly sure to cutting-in there is every possibility of crowding on the inside at the crucial first bend.
If that proves to be the case a similar start to last week should be good enough to enable Talltrees Lady to make all.
Ballymartin Bolt drawn to attack
In the maiden Open (20:10), T6 Ballymartin Bolt looks decent value to exploit what looks a dream draw.
Roger York’s charge is the sole wide seed in a race full of railers and shaped with promise on first run at the track when third to Lemon Diamond.
The son of Lenson Bolt showed plenty of early pace before running a bit wide on the bends to be beaten three lengths.
Ballymartin Bolt is entitled to improve significantly for that sighter and is closely matched with T1 Liosgarbh Nelly on the pick of their form at Peterborough.
The draw means that the selection should also get acres of room to operate on the run to the first bend and any scrimmaging on the inside can see him quickly establish a race winning lead.
