Native River remains at head of Coral Welsh National bettng

CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

The Hennessy winner Native River heads the sponsor’s betting for next week’s Coral Welsh Grand National at 6-1, ahead of the horse he beat into second place at Newbury, Carole’s Destrier, at 8-1.  The well-backed Onenightinvienna is 9-1 (from 12-1), with Vyta Du Roc next at 12-1.

“Native River’s participation next week is likely to depend upon the amount of rainfall that Chepstow receives in the coming days, with very testing going not to his liking, but there are no such concerns for Onenightinvienna, who has shortened to single figure odds in the last 24 hours and could start favourite in Native River’s absence,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
