Odds and preview for Sunday fixtures

The race for fourth takes centre-stage in this afternoon’s Premier League fixtures, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all in action.

Chelsea (1/3 for a top-four finish) currently occupy the final Champions League spot on 68 points, with Arsenal (11/5) two points behind in sixth, and United (10/1) a point further back in seventh.

We’ve previewed all three games, starting with United’s trip to the John Smith’s Stadium.

Huddersfield Town v Man Utd – 2:00pm, Sky Sports Premier League

Paul Pogba Man Utd

After a run of just two wins in their last 10 outings, a trip to rock-bottom Huddersfield may be just what United need as 1/3 favourites.

The already-relegated Terriers have lost eight in a row and scored just nine goals at home this term. An away win to nil is going for 11/10.

After scoring a brace against Huddersfield on Boxing Day, Paul Pogba is 6/5 to score anytime, with Romelu Lukaku 3/1 favourite as first goalscorer.

Chelsea v Watford – 2:00pm

Chelsea haven’t won any of their last three top-flight games, but they face a Watford side who’ll have one eye on the FA Cup final.

We’ve got the Blues as 2/5 favourites, with a repeat of their 2-1 win at Vicarage Road earlier in the campaign available for 7/1.

Eden Hazard will be back in the starting XI here after being rested against Eintracht Frankfurt in midweek. Having scored three goals in his last two appearances against Watford, he’s 14/5 to open the scoring or 4/1 to get two or more.

Arsenal v Brighton & Hove Albion – 4:30pm, Sky Sports Premier League

Having swept Valencia aside in midweek, Arsenal will be desperate to get another home win here.  They’re 2/5 to do just that. However, Brighton are 15/8 as a Double Chance shot, having avoided defeat in their previous two meetings with the North Londoners.

The Gunners may have their defensive issues, but Brighton have only scored one league goal in eight league games. There’s 7/5 about an Arsenal win to nil, while 23/20 says they win on the -1 Handicap.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang still has an outside chance of winning the Golden Boot. He’s 4/1 to get two or more, with his mate Alexandre Lacazette 6/5 to net anytime.

Glenn Murray is Brighton’s likeliest scorer at 11/5.
