Fulham v Man City Betting Tips: Slick City too strong for hosts?

Preview and odds for Premier League clash
The international break is over and now we can sit back and enjoy the final weeks of the Premier League, starting with Manchester City’s trip to Fulham.
Pep Guardiola’s men can pile the pressure on Liverpool with victory. The Reds take on Tottenham on Sunday.
Fulham are desperate for points. They’ll be relegated in a few weeks if they don’t start winning now. But can the Cottagers’ shore up their leaky defence? It’s a tall order against Sergio Aguero and co.
It kicks off at 12.30pm, live on Sky Sports Premier League. Before that though, here’s everything you need to know…
This fixture has been one-way traffic in recent years. Since a 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage in 2011, City have won the last seven meetings in all competitions, with an aggregate 21-3 scoreline.
And recent form doesn’t lend Fulham much hope either. The West Londoners have lost their last seven games, conceding 17 goals in the process.
City are at the other end of the scale, and head into this clash seeking a seventh straight league win.
Guardiola may have one eye on City’s home tie with Cardiff City next Wednesday, but he’s likely to go as strong as possible with his XI here.
That means Sergio Aguero up front, with Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane alongside. Riyad Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus provide the alternatives.
Fernandinho is fit again, which means Ilkay Gundogan could drop to the bench. Bernado Silva is likely to provide the energy in the middle.
Fulham will have Aleksandr Mitrovic up front, with caretaker boss Scott Parker choosing between Ryan Babel, Andre Schurrle and Floyd Ayite in the wide areas.
Fulham enjoyed just 32% possession last time out at home to Liverpool. We should see more of the same this Saturday too.
So it’ll be up to City to try and unlock the hosts’ defence. Fulham will look to Babel and Mitrovic to provide hustle and bustle in their rare forays up front.
The Fulham defence will have to keep tabs on City’s famed movement and intricate passing, but that’s easier said than done.
Fulham need Mitrovic to be on his game, and the burly Serbian is 11/1 to cause a surprise with the opening goal.
