Latest SPOTY odds

Our traders have trimmed the odds on Harry Kane winning Sports Personality of the Year 2018 to 5/2 (from 3/1).

The price cut comes after the England striker scored a late winner at Wembley yesterday to secure England a place in the Nations League semi-finals.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “Harry has been England’s hero on the pitch this year and he was in the right place at the right time again against Croatia. This summer will live long in England fans memories and we’ve cut the odds on Kane winning Sports Personality of the Year off the back of his heroics.”

Geraint Thomas is the 7/4 favourite, whilst Lewis Hamilton is third in the betting and can be backed at 4/1 to win the award for a second time.

**To win Sports Personality of the Year 2018
