CORAL ENHANCED ACCAS

Our expert previews tonight’s racing

All eyes will be on racing across the pond this weekend as the Breeders’ Cup returns to Keeneland.

We’ve got two nights of thrilling racing to look forward to, starting with a jam-packed card this evening.

And ahead of the action, our trader Ben Hutton has made his selections.

Juvenile Turf Sprint (19:30)

The newest Championship race of the weekend has once again attracted a fascinating field, with a handful of European raiders. There’s no need to look any further than Wesley Ward’s clear favourite Golden Pal.

He was second in the Norfolk at Royal Ascot this year, won his US prep for this in impressive fashion and just looks too speedy for this lot. Ubettabelieveit and Lipizzaner look the best chances for Europe.

Juvenile Turf (20:10)

The Euros have tended to do well in the Juvenile Turf and again hold a strong hand. Battleground heads the betting for the Coolmore team, but his Vintage Stakes win hasn’t really worked out, so Cadillac is taken to fare best of the raiders.

He looked really smart two runs back, and then didn’t really handle the dip when well fancied in the Dewhurst. Mustasaabeq looks best of the home team.

Juvenile Fillies (20:50)

The Juvenile Fillies is an all local affair. Princess Noor has been a short price for this for months, but her Beyer figures don’t really justify that price.

Simply Ravishing and Dayoutoftheoffice are basically faster than her so look the value currently.

Juvenile Fillies Turf (21:30)

We don’t have a good record in the Juvenile Fillies Turf so it’s worth focusing on the home team.

Aunt Pearl makes more appeal than the speedy Campanelle who’s stretching out to a mile after a successful summer in Europe.

Juvenile (22:15)

Jackie’s Warrior is worth opposing in the Juvenile. He’s looked all about speed so far in his career, so makes little appeal stepping up to this two-turn test.

Essential Quality and Sittin On Go look proper Classic types and are taken to outstay the favourite late.
