Sports Schedule – Friday 27th March
Harry Howes | 26 March 2020
There’s horse racing, Esports and football action
The sporting action continues throughout the world on Friday, with plenty of horse racing, as well as golf and virtual boxing.
We’ve taken a look at the key battles across the globe in the events still scheduled to take place.
Despite racing being cancelled in the UK and Ireland, there are still plenty of horses to bet on in the USA, Australia, Singapore and Japan.
For any night owls, there’s action across the pond at Remington Park starting on Thursday night and continuing into the early hours. Meanwhile, there are seven jam-packed racecards throughout Australia.
There are also two overnight meetings in Japan, with action from Nagoya and Urawa, while Kranji in Singapore hosts nine races during the day, with the action getting underway at 10:20.
All eyes in the football world will be on Belarus as the Vysshaya League continues. First up, Torpedo Zhodino take on Belshina Bobruisk. The hosts are the clear favourites at 4/7, while Belshina are priced at 9/2.
Elsewhere, FC Ruh Brest are 17/10 to win at home to FC Energetik-BGU Minsk, who our traders have at 13/10.
In the Belarusian Reserve League, FC Minsk Reserves host Dinamo Minsk Reserves and there are two games on in the Burundi Premier League.
There’s something for everyone as the Esports fun continues. In the world of League of Legends, there’s action from the European Championship, Legends Champions Korea and the Legends Pro League.
Elsewhere, fans of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive can stay up to date on the ESL Pro League while there are Dota 2 fixtures in the China Dota 2 Professional League and the PM League.
We’ve reached the semi-finals of the eWBSS virtual boxing series. In the first final-four clash, eMuhammad Ali is taking on eJoe Frazier for a place in Sunday’s final.
After knocking out Evander Holyfield in the last round, Ali heads the betting at 1/5. But Frazier could spring a surprise after stopping Lennox Lewis and our traders have him priced at 10/3.
It’s the final day of the Sundance Golf Championships as the Cactus Tour continues in Buckeye, Arizona.
Britney Yada is the clear favourite to win at 8/11. Can anybody stop her?
